All-HCLC Member Roundtable: Sackett Decision and Water Work in the West

HECHO is hosting our next Quarterly All-HCLC Virtual Learning Opportunity on Thursday, March 21st from 5:30-7 p.m. MST. Currently, HECHO has nearly 100 active HCLC members across New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, and Arizona and these quarterly events will allow us to connect on a regional level. Many of the issues that we face in our respective states are affecting the entire Southwest and this space will be for us to start connecting the dots and finding ways to support one another.

For this roundtable, we will be joined by two experts. Jim Murphy, the Director of Legal Advocacy with the National Wildlife Federation, will be joining us to present on the Sackett v. EPA decision - what it means and how it affects our work. Additionally, Alicia Marrs, the Director of Western Water at the National Wildlife Federation, will be presenting on her work on water in the west and opportunities for HCLC members to engage.

If you are an HCLC member, you received a registration link in your email associated with your membership. If you did not receive this, please email modesta@hechoonline.org
